Can I use the same case to several iPhone models?

Yes, you can use the same case for iPhone 6/6s, 7, 8 and SE (2020).

Do you sell cases to iPhone X, 11 and 12?

Phone cases to iPhone X, 11 and 12 are currently out of stock due to high demand. We cannot say exactly when the products will be back in stock but we are making our best to speed up the delivery from our manufacturer.

How long is the delivery time and what are the shipping alternatives?

The delivery time varies between 1 and 9 days depending on where you live. Note that we only ship products within the EU. All products are shipped with DHL.

How do I return my order?

Customers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If customers use their right to send back an order, they should contact ASTRID Sweden’s customer service. Please specify your case and provide your order number in an email and send to support@astridsweden.com.

If customers use their right to send back an order, the return shipping is paid by the customer. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the item you are returning and get the receipt / proof of return shipment. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

Is my payment information safe?

Your transaction and payment information are handled by market leader Klarna, which apply strict bank standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to your bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone except your bank (not even ASTRID Sweden).

Which payment alternatives are available?

You can choose to pay via bank transfer, card (Visa, Mastercard), or invoice. We use Klarna as our payment provider.
