TERMS & CONDITIONS
To order on the website, you must be 18 years or older. ASTRID Sweden accepts, under Swedish law, to not accept credit card payment from people under the age of 18 years. We reserve the right in individual cases to deny or change your order (for example, if you have given false personal information and / or has any record for non-payment of debt).
Once we have received your order, we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
In case you do not receive a confirmation of purchase to your email, please contact our customer service before placing a new order. Send an email to our customer service at email@example.com.
Customers can choose to pay via bank transfer or card (Visa or MasterCard). In some countries, you also have the option to pay by invoice.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Pay with your Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Klarna with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments unless the customer’s bank charges a fee to the customer. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, ASTRID Sweden may automatically cancel your order.
PAyment by invoice
When you choose to pay by invoice, you have the option to pay on the day of your purchase or to pay up to 14 days later from the date of your order. Additionally, you have the option to split your payment. It is important that you are registered on the address where you want your delivery. Payment by invoice is made possible through the cooperation with Klarna.

All prices shown on the ASTRID Sweden website, www.astridsweden.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Discount codes can only be used one at a time unless otherwise stated, i.e. discount codes cannot be used in combination with other discount codes or offers.
Customers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If customers use their right to send back an order, they should contact ASTRID Sweden’s customer service. Please specify your case and provide your order number in an email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If customers use their right to send back an order, the return shipping is paid by the customer. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the item you are returning and get the receipt / proof of return shipment. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.
If an item is damaged during transport, ASTRID Sweden should be contacted within 60 days for information about compensation.
ASTRID Sweden reserves the right to change and correct prices on all orders, including final prices. If a price is incorrect, this may compel ASTRID Sweden to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Orders made in another person’s name without the person’s consent, will be reported to the authorities.
Products purchased from resellers cannot be returned or changed with us. Please contact your point of purchase for further instructions. Only goods purchased on www.astridsweden.com will be approved in the system.
ASTRID Sweden’s warranty is valid for one (1) year. The warranty covers manufacturing effects on the phone case / phone cover itself (fitting, stitching and adhesives). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter. Return shipping is paid by ASTRID Sweden. If ASTRID Sweden cannot find any defects described above, the product will be sent back to the customer. In the event that a returned product has no fault, ASTRID Sweden has the right to charge a fee for transportation costs.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
- Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
- Problems or damage caused by misuse, neglect (knocks, dents, crushing, falling), accidents or unjustifiable repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratches, worn leather and flaking paint, etc.).
- Failure to follow the care instructions (link) may void the warranty
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the customer. If an item is to be replaced, this is done on a product of similar model or design. If a particular product is no longer in stock the customer has the right to be refunded.
ASTRID Sweden has the right to adjust prices, add additional cost, change product assortment and related information without notice. The purpose with product images and information texts made available by ASTRID Sweden is to reflect the products as much as possible. While we try to ensure that all content on this website are accurate, errors may occur. ASTRID Sweden cannot guarantee that all product images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products, all product images should be seen as illustrations. The product images may differ depending on the color settings on your computer.
delivery and cancellations
ASTRID Sweden ships to all countries within the European Union (EU). Deliveries are made in cooperation with DHL. Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within 1-9 days depending on where you live. If you feel that the supply of goods is delayed, which causes you to no longer wish to complete the purchase, it is up to you to make a cancellation. In the event that the item has already been shipped, the customer must receive the order. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation is received from ASTRID Sweden. If a product is no longer offered, ASTRID Sweden has the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will notify the customer of a refund or if a similar product is available. The customer pays the return shipping and is responsible for the risk for transporting the returned goods to ASTRID Sweden.
Should a parcel be lost during transit or the customer has written the wrong address, a replacement product will be sent out if requested by the customer. If a replacement package also disappears or does not arrive during delivery, at least one of the packages sent must return to ASTRID Sweden before a refund is made.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 60 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly.
Defective products returned to ASTRID Sweden should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, ASTRID Sweden will send the product back to the customer and has the right to charge a fee for transportation costs. If defective goods are to be replaced, this is done on a product of similar model or design. If a particular product is no longer in stock or is discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. If a dispute arises between you as a customer and ASTRID Sweden and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU’s functioning dispute settlement online, ODR. ASTRID Sweden’s responsibility for errors in connection with the delivery is limited in accordance with the terms of delivery of the shipment, and what follows from these conditions.
ASTRID Sweden’s liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the website, www.astridsweden.com, is limited to the total amount of your order. ASTRID Sweden has no liability for indirect losses.
ASTRID Sweden shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

retention of title
All products remain in ASTRID Sweden’s property until full payment is made.
governing law and juristiction
If the competent court, authority or arbitral tribunal finds that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions to be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website www.astridsweden.com, and in the material published on it are owned by ASTRID Sweden. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of ASTRID Sweden.
